Shipping Information

1. UK Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99 – Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days from dispatch. Ideal for customers looking for reliable, affordable shipping within the UK.
  • Express Shipping: £7.99 – Guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch. If you need your items quickly, this option is perfect for you.

2. Europe Shipping:

  • Standard Europe Shipping: £9.99 – Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. This option provides an affordable and efficient way to receive your order within Europe.
  • Express Europe Shipping: £14.99 – Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Ideal if you want to receive your items sooner.

Important for Europe Orders:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential additional fees.

3. International Shipping (Outside Europe):

  • Standard International Shipping: £12.99 – Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days for countries outside Europe. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance times.
  • Express International Shipping: £19.99 – Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, with faster shipping and premium service.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

  • Please note that all international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Order Processing Time:

  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1 pm GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

5. Shipping Exceptions & Limitations:

  • Please be aware that shipping times may be impacted by external factors such as postal delays, customs checks, or public holidays.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for security reasons; please provide a residential or commercial address.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your CLK SPORTSWEAR purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • All products must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant stains, or perfume, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Excluded Items: Certain items, including underwear, socks, and items marked as "final sale," are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@clksportswear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive a return authorization, instructions on packaging your return, and the return address.
  • UK Returns: We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as CLK SPORTSWEAR is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • UK Customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International Customers: Return shipping fees and any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

5. Exchanges:

  • Direct Exchanges: CLK SPORTSWEAR currently does not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive the correct size or style, please return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • We conduct quality checks on each item, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send an email with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the faulty item to info@clksportswear.com. We’ll arrange a free return for faulty items and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Due to hygiene standards, items such as underwear, socks, and any opened final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

8. Return Processing Times:

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your package, though refunds to payment providers may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
